After being a successful personal trainer for many years he decided to expand and create the Functional Training Collective.

"After years of working one to one with clients, I became increasingly aware of the need for a more bespoke focus on nutrition alongside the training, it is hard for any PT to dedicate their time to both alongside other clients, that is where the idea for Functional Training Collective was born, a service that can not only provide trainers direct to the client but also offer nutritional support and ongoing guidance, to allow clients to reach, surpass and maintain their goals. Amidst people’s busy lifestyles and commitments, it is easy to lose sight of the importance of exercise and good nutrition, that is where we can help, bringing it directly to you".
