An active lifestyle is key to being healthy but you have to begin that with the right nutrition. Whether you are training for an event or simply looking to enhance performance, it all begins with good nutrition.
It is vital to fuel and refuel your body with the right balance of foods to be able to reach your training goals. There is a world of conflicting information out there and it can seem overwhelming, but that is where we can help. So much time can be wasted on supplements and diets that will claim to get you where you need to be, but in reality, our body just needs to be replenished and fuelled in line with the challenges that we are putting it through.
Our nutrition advisor will work through your macronutrient intake and will work out your specific requirements, based on all the information gathered from your consultation. This is not about us telling what to eat, it is about us educating you in what you need to eat. You will build a knowledge of what your body needs and the ways to get the best results with the right nutritional balance.
We will work with our personal trainers to gather the necessary information with regards to your exercise levels and goals to ensure that we give you the best guidance with your nutrition. The trainer will create your exercise program and our nutrition advisor will determine what you need to aim to be consuming and the best times at which to do this in order to achieve the best results.
