With a vast knowledge of exercise and anatomy our trainers will help you reach your goals safely, making sure you stay motivated along the way. Our trainers come to you bringing all necessary exercise equipment for your training sessions. As well as keeping you motivated your assigned trainer will deliver a bespoke training program which will be designed to maximise your potential and reach your training goals, all in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Our trainers offer a wide variety of training techniques with a collective experience in functional movement, they can help with things such as weight loss, rehabilitation, sports specific goals, nutritional advice and behavioural coaching to name a few. Helen Lebbern

Helen Lebbern

Helen has been involved in Martial Arts since 1994, where she has studied in Chinese Kickboxing, Kung Fu and Tai Chi. She has travelled the world competing in Tai Chi where she's gained 6 World Championships and 4 European titles.

She has worked within the fitness industry since 1998 at various gyms in Hampshire and Dorset with her interest in weight training, posture correction and general fitness.

After signing up for the PCC Progressive Calisthenics Certification course in 2015, run by the Kavadlo Brothers at Dragon Door, Helen’s passion for it has grown, resulting in her making it one of her main focuses when it comes to training clients.

Mark Roper

Mark Roper

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, a large proportion of which working as a personal trainer, Mark uses all of his knowledge and experience to deliver individually tailored approaches to support and guide his clients to be able to enjoy fitness success and make lasting changes towards a healthier lifestyle. His friendly and professional approach makes what can be a daunting step into the world of personal training a relaxed, enjoyable and productive experience.

Mark has a background in martial arts and is a 1st Dan black belt in Kickboxing but also specialises in postural correction, strength training and weight loss.

Helen Roper

With an acute passion for nutrition and behavior change coaching, Helen will motivate you and guide you every step of the way along your journey to reaching your goals with FTC.

With an advanced diploma in nutrition, sports nutrition, pre and post-natal nutrition and behavior coaching, she will get you to where you want to be. Her encouraging and supportive approach to nutrition has helped all her clients see great improvements with not only their nutrition, but also their relationships with food. It is not about being on a diet, it is about a lifestyle change.
